Pcn - out of trading hours

Could anyone help please? Is the fact that people are being charged for parking in supermarket car parks out of trading hours a valid point for not acknowledging receipt of pcns? Thankyou

If this is England or Wales there is a possibility of appealing and when rejected to use popla the independent appeals. We can help you with the popla appeal. There is an option to ignore the whole thing but at an increased chance of them issuing a small claim.

Please don't post any further details per my signature info below vvvv

Please come back with what you decide, personally as its parking eye I would appeal. But of course it's your choice . If you decide to do that come here for the popla appeal wording and help with formulating that, don't do it alone as you will fail.

the path to take would be to appeal - based on the principal alone. There has been no loss of income after all...

To the PPC, perhaps as it will almost certainly be rejected whatever you write.

To POPLA, an appeal based on your advice would certainly fail.

I'll advise the receiver to pay it then. Thank you for your time - we appreciate your help

What you appeal to parking eye with would be different to what you'd go to popla with, no matter what you write to parking eye it will be rejected, they are scammers it's what they do.

But only appeal if you are in England or Wales as popla is only in those places, if in Scotland or NI then the advice is to ignore completely.

What you mean you'll tell them to pay ? This is not the advice you are getting! The advice is either ignore or appeal with help. If you simply pay you help to fund the scam
