Without trying to stir up a hornet's nest again , they never advertised it at any price . Read the letter , scrunch it up , put it in the bin & then say " oh well , maybe next time "
Time to move on , your not going to get anywhere with this continued charade .
If you really feel strongly about it why don't you contact them yourself or go to the small claims court ?0 -
By the way , I received the same letter today & accepted what they have said . Maybe they should have handled the response better but at least they have finally acknowledged the problem , what hassle it caused & apologised .0

I am back from my hols and no letter. i have spoken with work and they sent me one there. its not good news now but dependant on what it says, i'll release a press statement to the majors on Monday0

I'm sorry but I just can't believe your mentality over this , its embarassing reading some of your statements regarding the press & your intentions . Read the script of the letter as received elsewhere on this post & tell me what you are basing your press intentions scoop on ?

Sounds to me like they had tech problems. they've taken some time to investigate it, and sent out emails when they came up with an answer.
Yes, CS could have handled it better, but if I was looking for an answer on this, I'd want them to invesigate it first.The pen is mightier than the sword, and considerably easier to write with.
