    I emailed Bissell the other day saying:-

    Hi, can you tell me how my order is doing? I've not heard anything since receiving the order confirmation below. Thanks

    I've just had a reply saying:-

    Thank you for contacting Bissell. Thank you for your recent enquiry regarding an order placed with us. Unfortunately, we have been unable to locate your account with the information supplied. Please could you forward us your full name and address so that we may investigate this further.

    So I've replied with my name and address and ask if this happens often. At least they're not telling me that the computers went down for an hour.

    Wonder what'll happen next? Isn't it exciting - the suspense is killing me. Can we have some more bickering to liven up this one a bit please? :D

    With all due respect that is no proof at all , anyone could write that . I just find it strange that you are the only one out of possibly 100's that has been contacted by them with a confirmation of a sale .

    Until you provide absolute proof I just can't believe you in the current " Bissell says nothing , makes excuses or delivers nothing " atmosphere .

    Here here I have lost interest in this one since everyone has made friends though I think it may kick off again soon. Fingers X'd;)

    People check you accounts or credit cards. I ordered one of these on the £0 day when the 1st post came out. I have since had my account debited ith £179...

    I do have a screen print of the invoice showing £0 though so will now have to get into a battle with Bissell.

    Have you phoned them up, they should have emailed you before taking the money from your card, saying that there was a mistake on the website, and to ask you if you would still like the item at the corrected price.
    I didn't put my correct card details on the order form for this reason, as i didn't want them to take any money of me.

    I actually left the carpet shampoo on the 'review your order' section at checkout and guess what i have just received the shampoo!

    The delivery guy left it with my 7 year old boy in the front garden probably as he knew i would not have accepted it on its own.

    Just called Bissell to ask why they had sent me shampoo without hoover and they said i had only ordered shampoo, they had no information about a hoover i had ordered...Yeah right! ?

    I told them i didn't want it and it would be too expensive to send back, they have give me a refund on shampoo. So at least i have a free bissell shampoo!? :rotfl:

    I just need a hoover to use it with now!
