Dear Mr Beckett
I am contacting you in regards to your fax sent on the 30th May 2007 to
Bissell. Our investigation into this matter has found that there was a
fault on the website on the 24th May between 10pm and 11pm - this fault
is currently being looked into by our technical team.
In the meantime we need to retake your order for you - can you either
reply to this email with your contact details so that we can contact you
or please call our call centre on 0870 220 0320 to place your order.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Kind Regards
Steve Cook

I think this may be referring to the email not my letter which should have arrived this morning.
Did anyone order outside of the "fault hours" and have the email proving this?

Do u think it will be available till now?
they rectified the problem as soon as they came to know abt this.
But does it matter? most likely even we also wont get our hoover for 0.000 -
Have just heard back from Trading Standards on this and we do not have a leg to stand on. This item was originally being sold for £29.95 and was soon removed from the website a couple of weeks ago - before I had chance to buy one - it seems to have been removed due to stock - so therefore if they have no stock of this item they have to offer a refund - so the only outcome will probably that everyone will be offered a refund of £0 - plus I do not think it helps that the confirmation emails do not state what was purchased and at what price!! - good fun trying though!!0
