Well I have e-mailed them asking where my merchandise is. Only ordered it a week ago which I pointed out to them

Received the confirmation at 10:17am on the 25th May.

I think there buying time whilst they get legal advice. Although I think the advice would take 5 minutes to realise we don't have a legally binding contract with bissell.

I don't expect anything from them just that they should apologies for inconvenience and stupid exuces they have given so far.
btw the excuse they this time of problem with site. i am sure the price remained unchaged for atleasat 24 hours. above all how on earth it could happen that people apply for goods. an order number generated an autamated confirmation is sent(generally this kind of mails are saved in a folder for future reference).
If anybody speak to them and they deny. insist them to look into mails as their secured website is sending mails and they do not have any trace.
