On a serious point though. I didn't order 50 vacuums or whatever. I ordered one. And my old Hoover is just over 30 years old, it's a Hoover Constellation ... its shaped like a huge golfball and glides on a cushion of air (allegedly) ... my Gran gave it to me when I was a studento and that was 22 years ago and she'd had it for ages. And despite being abused this length of time she still soldiers on. The Hoover, that is !
But as with everything spares are proving hard to find. I could be doing with a new vacuum and I'd be over the moon if Bissell coughed up on this one. Then it'd save me having to juggle about financially and deciding which bills go in the pot for their random chance of getting paid

Blimey zappster, I suggest you write to Hoover - they might give you a free one for the publicity. I didn't realise they lasted so long .... have you ever used it? It's supposed to collect dust inside the bag, not on the machine itself you know!

i did fill in the form for one of these hoovers an if it comes it comes of not so be it

there seems to be a few people calling others for wasting their time
why are you posting to tell us that surely in you posting means yopur also wasteing your own time looking up TC upon other stuff

its a bit like the person who calls the presenter on the tele saying i dont like him blah blah but they often end up watching any way
or the person that calls in on the radio to say i dont like your show

well why listen or watch????

it doesnt make sence to slagg others for supposedly wasting their time on this matter when you yourself are doing the same by posting

plus what harm is it doing to you apart from your winding yourself up

i find it comicle

If I can offer some advice on a serious note then . By all means try to get it , the company is not going to even acknoweledge any form of threat by anyone , especially an en masse mail from one individual . I ordered one myself , I received an ID order number , I have screenshots . I honestly can't see it getting anywhere except in them taking full payment if it is provided .

If possible , state your individual case in a polite manner , let them decide , you never know .
