Do you honestly think that by not " honouring " 37 orders , that they don't have too , it is going to worry a multi million pound company like Bissell ?
I've seen this so many times before with online pricing mistakes . If you really feel that strongly about it file a small claims court action against them tomorrow , go to court & see what the judge says .
He'll throw you out like a bucket of dirty water .0 -

Only for a second though , sorry to disappoint you Zappster0 -
I'm quite enjoying this thread , it shows up the sheer stupidity of people who believe they have been done wrong by the company NOT selling them a hoover for £0.00 when you know quite well it was a chance you took that it got through . It was a clear error on the website & because you aren't going to get it you are spitting your dummies out in sheer stupidity by trying to become tribal & acting en masse by threatening action that NOT ONE of you will take alone .
I don't work for Bissell but I use common sense in scenarios like this , if you get it for £0.00 , good luck . To start screaming & wranting about it just shows you up for what you are , idiots .0 -
So you don't want to buy mine then?:D0

yes, I can just see the press outrage now 'Bissell don't send out 37 orders which weren't paid for and probably weren't even wanted by freebie hunters'. I imagine the 'customers' would come out worse, if the press would actually bother with a story like that, which they wouldn't be interested in at all. Get a life, you tried it on, it didn't work. Worth a try but not worth crying over if you don't get it and don't expect the rest of the country (papers, courts, watchdog) to get outraged over it. I can't actually believe that people seriously think that they're entitled to stuff that they aren't paying for.0 -

I'm not saying don't try , I'm saying that people are becoming hysterical over this & threatening action if they don't get it . It's quite clear that the company have dropped a clanger over their response , or lack of it , in dealing with this . They aren't going to sell it to you for £0.00 , that is crystal clear by what customer services are saying to people . They should really email everyone who ordered , admit the cockup & finalise it .

I can't buy something that you will more than likely never have0 -
Oh Tallyho calm yourself down a bit. We know it's unlikely to come off (we really don't need your help to see that) but there's no harm trying ... if it's getting under your skin go help others elsewhere and we'll buzz you when we reach the final outcome.0
