free hoover ???

ok, I have low launched myself as the Bissell Complainants Group, the letter is going and I have given them until Friday 8th June to contact me. I am in Barcelona next week but back on Friday so I will launch the next stage then.

The line in the letter which added most power was "I am sure that my case is rare and that other orders have been completed, however the following 32 reference numbers"

I just drove past a merc dealer , I saw a 2005 clk that was £399 , when I stopped and went into buy it they pointed out that it was £39995 but the lst 2 stickers had fallen off the screen

Im going to take them to court , got about as much chance of getting it as you lot have of getting the hoovers i reckon

The merc dealer didnt have a T&C that states the price you pay is the price you pay and you dont have 32 orders in your inbox confirmed. Besides, I need a hoover for my Merc as the cleaner has returned to the Ukraine.

I will have 30 hoovers after this i hope. better keep them on the boat and ship them down the thames./

The T&C's does NOT say , " the price you pay is the price you pay "

It actually says :

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order.

No price was displayed so you are completely wasting your time over this one .

Read these 2 T&C's :

4. We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

5. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order.


If you go to court what will be the basis of your case ?

The T+Cs don't apply as there is no contract.

For there to be a contract you would have to have agreed to pay something.

A contract has NOT been formed , I agree . It would also be formed on the basis that you have read , understand & abide by the T&C's of the company involved .

Your wrong , the price displayed was a blank box !!

When will you actually get it into your head that the displayed price would be that next to the item on the day in question .

On that day there was NO price .

For everyone who actually thinks they will get this , WAKE UP & move on .
