Have just heard back from Trading Standards on this and we do not have a leg to stand on. This item was originally being sold for £29.95 and was soon removed from the website a couple of weeks ago - before I had chance to buy one - it seems to have been removed due to stock - so therefore if they have no stock of this item they have to offer a refund - so the only outcome will probably that everyone will be offered a refund of £0 - plus I do not think it helps that the confirmation emails do not state what was purchased and at what price!! - good fun trying though!!

Just for clarification , this £0.00 unit was NOT the £29.95 model that was on offer a few weeks ago . That one was the Lift -off basic , this newer one was the Lift-off Deluxe , 2 entirely different models .0 -
