Me and OH got engaged 3.5 weeks after getting together.. we are happily married now... its never to soon!

Well, what did she say? How did the proposal go?

My dh and I got engaged after 3 months, although we did wait for 2 years before we got married. We've just celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary, baby number 3 is due in 6 weeks and we're very happy. I should also add I had just turned 21 when we got engaged and 23 when we got married so we were also young but even if we hadn't got engaged or married we would still be together. When it's right you just know.

I asked her on the first full night of the holiday, a little private moment as we were sat on our balcony overlooking the coast as the sun set! She's was over the moon that I asked.

We've decided to wait until the summer of 2015 to get married and we are now on a mega saving mission to pay for the wedding whilst also trying to get a deposit together for a house to hopefully buy in the same year!

Real exciting times and couldn't be any happier right now. Thank you for all your replies

I proposed while on holiday but I wanted to do it in a very specific location. It took me nearly two full weeks to subtly manoeuvre Mrs G into it.
