  • Ok I phoned the number and pressed the required buttons and got through to a very nice rep who said she can get the expired voucher ( which really shouldn't be expired ) re activated. I so t know if it works until tomorrow and if I actually get what I want sent fro. The company but at least it shows that you can get though to the company if there's an issue there's a number to press if you have the shell offer and need help as well so looks as if things may be progressing.
    Certainly if you get she'll £20 and then have had the email with £5 voucher to use on site then maybe do as I did and buy a cheap thing to trial.
    She'll deal has had a huge amount of mainly good publicity I think so it would be a shame if further down the line other things go wrong.
    Has everyone who got the shell offer had the £5 email too ?

  • I can confirm that my voucher code is now accepted that's the next step gone through.
    Looks as if something goes wrong you need to chase it up promptly and it can be sorted.
    Credit to the official rep you have promised to get things sorted and from what problem I had you and your staff have been true to your word so far.
    Next would be to make sure vouchers aren't sent out expired in the first place :/

    I have to say a little disappointed with this offer having to wait 6 weeks to redeem the voucher. I didn't notice this was the case when i took up the deal was i the only one!?
  • Nope I am sure it said it would be a while though maybe not quite as long as it might be but it should be ok

    I have looked at my shell account and I have 4050 points (from 0) in my new account, so seems like this deal worked as it should. Just have to wait now for the vouchers to be posted and and spend in a garage. All good so far:)

    2 cards received within 10 days for 2 people at the same address.
    Points showing on both cards within 48 hours and points from one new card transferred to old card automatically within 3 days. Transfer is auto. if the new card is registered with the same details as the old card.

    This is what was promised.

    just checking on this thread as i think it's about now we should be getting to the next stage of this process. i seem to remember mid-august was a date mentioned.

    i just can't remember if i need to do anything. i'll re-read the forum when i got a bit more time.
