I received my card and registered it and it has no balance. I paid £10 for it And no points balance. I think I have lost my money0
-
update in the last hr it has changed to -4000 pts transfer
so if you have 2 accounts registered to same email it will transfer in the points:)
Mine has also -4000 points transfer for both cards I received, they have however not been transferred to my original card number.
When I clicked on My Account Details and then Transaction History its says -4000 redeemed points but I was under the impression Shell didn't redeem until the end of the quarter which would be end of this month not May?
I registered my cards on Thursday when they arrived then the 4000 points were on my account on Friday0 -

Hi Gsdhody,
Please do't worry, you definitely haven't. If you can email customerfeedback@mightydeals.co.uk we will respond and get it resolved for you.
If you don't have your points, Shell will top up your card. It normally takes about 48hrs for the points to show. If you check My Account History it should show.
Thanks
Neil Campbell

I'm having great difficulty in logging on to my Shell card account. Three times now, after submitting the correct information and having it declined I had to request a new e-mailed password!
Also when eventually logged in -

The actual points balance showing is 116, I presume 50 points added to the 66 for registering online?
I've never had a Shell card previously - ever. So it looks like I've been royally screwed for £10!
Not a massive amount but it certainly leaves a bad taste in the mouth.0 -

.
You seem to have overlooked that the statement you are getting is up to 31 March only - transactions since then won't register yet
They do always take ages to appear - I don't think you have anything to worry about - yet anyway0 -

I have sent and email to MD customer support and waiting for a reply. I would rather wait to see this issue be dealt with rather than having to money refunded, but will wait to see what they say first.
Well as I had said, I would wait. The first email went to them on 27/05/2013 of which they sent and automated email saying they had received it stating they aim to respond to the query within 3 working days. To date still no response.
Again, I sent another email to MightyDeals on 29/05/2013, got the same automated email stating they aim to respond within 3 working days, still no response.
They have been paid from my bank account on 24 May, nothing has shown in My Deals, no card has been sent, no email with voucher had been sent. The Deal has now been closed
VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, will now take legal action as they are not responding and have taken payment0 -

Hi Oldage Traveller,
It does take 48 hours for the points to appear. If the points still aren't in your account, please email customerfeedback@mightydeals.co.uk and we will get it resolved.
Kind Regards,
