    Well as I had said, I would wait. The first email went to them on 27/05/2013 of which they sent and automated email saying they had received it stating they aim to respond to the query within 3 working days. To date still no response.
    Again, I sent another email to MightyDeals on 29/05/2013, got the same automated email stating they aim to respond within 3 working days, still no response.
    They have been paid from my bank account on 24 May, nothing has shown in My Deals, no card has been sent, no email with voucher had been sent. The Deal has now been closed

    VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, will now take legal action as they are not responding and have taken payment

    Apologies if people are finding it difficult to get through over the phone, I am not seeing any abandoned calls today, but please use the above email address and we will respond today.

    Hi Neil

    I have already sent customer services 2 emails, the last email sent had screenshots of Thank you for your payment, My Deals showing No Deals could be found and the line from my on-line bank statement showing that payment had been made. To date I still have not even received the email that was meant to arrive 24 hours after making the the payment, which I presume is what is supposed to happen.

    i already have a card and shell seem to have assigned both cards to one account even though i did not request this, they then seemed to have transferred the 4000pts but they have not appeared in the older account.

    i fear i now have a £10 yellow plastic card !

    This is an official response from Shell and Mighty Deals.

    For all existing Shell Drivers Club Members and newly registered members, please allow 24hr to 48hrs for the points to appear on your card.

    For any customers with any other queries please contact Shell Drivers Club Customers Services on 08459 006 008

    In the unlikely event that the 4000 points aren't showing after 24hrs to 48hrs please contact Shell Drivers Club Customer Services and they will look into the account and get this resolved.

    All Fuel Vouchers or any other reward type will be posted and received by customers in August. (Someone posted September, this is not for UK Customers. Shell have confirmed it is August)

    Some customers have said they have a pre-used card. This is not the case. The card may be linked to another card, but again if you do have any other questions regarding this please contact Shell Drivers Club Customer Services on 08459 006 008

    rec'd my card today and registered. all seemed to have gone through ok. i saw the bit about waiting 48 hours so will do that and check my account.

    not panicking about my balance, etc. until the end of this week so will check back then. feel a bit more relaxed about this now having rec'd my card through the post today. fingers crossed!

    Thank you for your correspondence to the Shell Drivers’ Club.

    I would like to inform you that in the Shell Drivers’ Club scheme, redemptions are made automatically at the end of each quarter for your selected rewards.

    Rewards are sent provided you have met the required points balance as at the end of a quarter. These are just 500 points for Shell Fuel Vouchers.

    Please see below for the redemption and statement delivery dates:
