    I registered the card approx 10am thursday morning and i logged into my account about 6pm same day and the points were in my account.

    0800 7318888 works too if you don't want to use the 0845 number.Found on say no to 0870 website.

    WE haven't had anyone else say they don't have their points in their account, but please call 01483 412978 and we will deal with this straight away.

    My point balance is now showing -4000 from Shell.

    Bit concerned.. Will email tomorrow.

    update in the last hr it has changed to -4000 pts transfer
    so if you have 2 accounts registered to same email it will transfer in the points:)
