Hi,
Shell confirmed customers will get it in August. They said any queries you can call the Drivers Club CS team.
The point of contact we are dealing with at Shell is senior. They proofed the deal before it went live.
Thanks

Thanks. You are right it is a little confusing. I did show shell this and they did say it will be August.
The new Drivers Club website will be live soon as well, it will be more user friendly.
Thanks

I received my card on Saturday morning and registered it immediately. I already have an existing card with very little points, not enough to receive a voucher, I used the same details to register as the existing card as I was intending to transfer at some point after I had received the voucher. I waited the 48 hours and have just logged on using the number on the new card only to find the balance for the old card, 220 points, and no points from this deal. No idea where the points from this deal have gone and why it has merged the two cards together so soon
Do I have to ring Shell to sort this as I read there was no problem transferring the balance to an existing card, but this clearly has not happened as the points I have paid for have never shown. Also transaction never tracked with TCB either, although it shows I clicked through them so have to submit a claim through them as well. Beginning to wonder whether I should have bothered with this deal.

Hi,
Yes please contact Shell they will resolve.
Sorry I can't help with TCB, you will have to contact them also.
You will definitely get you're 4000 shell points, simply call their Drivers Club CS team.
Can you also email me you're card number to customerfeedback@mightydeals.co.uk and I will look into it for you.
Double check in the morning if still not there call Shell.

I received my card saturday and registered it same day and my points aren't showing yet.
Know what I'm gonna do? NOT PANIC, NOT STRESS, NOT SHORTEN MY LIFE WORRYING ABOUT SOMETHING UNNECESSARILY
Seriously, there's clearly been a massive take up of this offer, perhaps people should give them a couple of days extra to deal with the demand and get points registered before bombarding Shell, Mighty Deals and here with panic strewn messages just cos points weren't immediately added, or hadn't been added after 48 hours and one minute.0 -
I agree.
I'm an existing drivers club member and use my card regularly.
I bought two cards from Mighty Deals and registered them immediately when they arrived. I used the same details as my existing drivers club account.
I think it may have been 3 or more days but the extra 8000 points did transfer over automatically.
I think you guys should calm down and realise that not every company have real-time IT systems. Looks like Shell use overnight batch processing, hell the registration email even tells you to wait 48hrs to log in.
It's the same when collecting points from fuel sales, they take a few days to show on your account, bonus points a few more days ontop.0 -
Well just checked and my points have been added as I suspected they would be, and all without any panic or stressing, just a little patience0

After this shell offer which seems great and ok I managed to use that voucher your talking about, I then got a voucher code for a hoody and the company to use in on says its expired. I'm going to be ringing up on Monday but to be honest I think maybe best let that voucher go to your trash mail it's gong to be more hassle than its worth. This offer has been ok but it's had huge publicity and we still don't know what will happen come August.
I know there's supposed to be a mighty deals general thread on mse but can't find it. If anyone know where it is please reply and I will post about the voucher email on there.
I'm pretty sure we got that email as we signed up to might deals to get this offer.0
