If it is of any interest, I am chasing up on an order for another product that I ordered with MD, as it has past the delivery date of 'up to 10 working days'. I take that to mean that it will be with me within that time frame.
However, going back to the petrol, I am not too concerned about the exact date it arrives. If it hasn't arrived by the end of August I (and I am sure many other people) will start chasing both MD and Shell. The fact that the cards show the points added, must be some 'comfort' to know the deal is going through.Thank you for reading this message.0 -
I think 6 weeks is enough time to put a voucher into an envelope and post.So here's hoping it will reach us by the 14th August.0

Hi,
Let me see if I can get more clarification on delivery.
I can understand the confusion, so keen to give you all some more info. We did communicate August delivery, I am not denying that. This was our understanding when everything got signed off. Everyone will 100% get their voucher.
Again, apologies for the confusion.
Thanks

And the first 2 weeks in august at thatMightyDeals_representative wrote: »Hi,
Once you have registered the card, the vouchers will be sent out in the post. You will get the vouchers in the 1st couple of weeks in August. You will also get a statement from Shell in July confirming what reward type you have selected and letting you know the voucher will be on it's way to you.
Hope this helps

Shell Drivers Club calculate how many points you have and redeem them against the reward type you chose at the end of every quarter. This is why we advised all customers to register their card and chose 'Money Off Fuel Voucher' before June 30th. This means you will get your £20 Fuel Voucher in the 1st couple of weeks of August.
Kind Regards,

MightyDeals_representative wrote: »Hi Everyone,
Apologies I have been out of the office and have not checked this forum.
Everyone should receive their fuel voucher in August. Shell Customer Services will say September, but the Director at Shell who we did the deal with directly confirmed on a number of occasions everyone should receive their fuel voucher early August.
If you registered your loyalty card before 30th June, you will get your fuel voucher in August. If you registered after 30th June, you will have to wait untill the next voucher delivery run, which means you probably won't receive your vouchers untill November.
If your account is still showing 4050 points, please call Shell Customers Services. These should have been transferred over to your reward type, but again Shell customer services will be able to look into your account for you.
Sorry for the delay in my response. I will keep an eye on this thread for the next few weeks.
Thanks
Neil Campbell

Checked mine and its still showing the points but I can see I've chosen waitrose vouchers, I gather a call to shell tomorrow is in order. I have merged my two cards together so could that be an issue ? Though only a few hundred more points0
