these things happen, i saw something on what type of eater are you, i am a feaster, i can go hours and hours without eating then when i do eat i eat and eat and eat ... so for me the best diet is one high in protein...

That sits well with me tbh as i really enjoy the paleo style of eating, i just need to deal with the sugar addiction... have been giving this more thought tbh, and had a discussion with mr El we need to get out all the sugar in the house and get to grips with this new way of eating healthy ... and add to that excercise ,,, badly need to do excercise tbh

I have started regular exercise last week, still need to do more though.
Been out to market this morning and bought chicken, salmon and tuna. Went to @sd@ last night and bought fruit, veg and yoghurt. :)
I've already lost 4lb but still need to lose a couple of stone really.
Might look for some kettle bell work outs online. :)
I struggle with sugar too. But have started eating more apples, oranges and bananas-natural sugar. Xx

I love bananas but they are like cocaine for me ... before i know it i am face down in a bow full of sugar ... so i tend to stay away from as much sugar as i can,

I havnt done much over the weekend except plot and plan, so will need to get on with my planning and plotting and putting into action, had a lovely omlette this morning for breakfast with a stove top coffee which is always tasty, however i did add the milk ... gonna try and change to coconut milk this week and see if thats palatable :)

Ive been working 12 hour shifts and have to admit i have been exhausted when i come in, i did 17,469 steps in one shift so atleast i am getting some excercise, but like you i have not been drinking enough water, so will have to address that, but i have been eating relatively healthy, omlettes for breakfast and some meat and veggies for dinner, sometimes though it has been a case of having a marathon ( snickers) at work as i havnt had time to even stop to get something to eat so i have been eating the chocolate to get me through.

Today is my first day off for a wee while, so am doing no exercise at all as i am shattered, but will ensure i eat healthy at least so thats something.

back to uni tomorrow then a 12 hour shift Thursday ... I am finding it so hard to have the energy and the time to deal with this ... and i know it badly needs dealt with

(((Hugs))) are you overdoing it again El? I thought you were cutting back on hours because it was running you ragged?
Please try not to over do things, apart from it will make you permanently knackered, you won't feel like doing anything apart from work, eat and sleep.
You certainly sound to be getting lots of exercises work. I am still exercising regularly, but I do need to up it. I think I'm currently eating too many carbs. :(
I just need to find something that isn't too much carbs that will fill me up! Confess I have snacked today so far. :( 2 hot cross buns, 2 cheese scones and 1 Eccles cake. :o

can you maybe try complex carbs ? i tend to find for me its sugar related ... i have found sooking cinnamon helps regulate the blood sugar levels for me.

Its a case of having to study and still have enough to pay the bills i'm struggling with, I cant afford not to work, but I also need to study so that I can have a better future ... kinda rock and hard place in a way, the good thing is though atleast I have packed the killer job in, I just need to try and get a balance between study and work right :)
