  • Eggs shouldn't be kept in the fridge.

And where's all the wine?? :D

Nor tomatoes/ peppers/ onions (unless cut).

The wine is in my fridge :D:p along with the summer Pimm's and some lemonade....

I've got no kitchen for 8 weeks, no sink so nothing to wash up in other than bath, everything is cooking in the microwave but when I did have a fridge it was much like fashion lover's. I've got a temporary fridge in the spare room with

1 family portion of homemade thai green curry
    same of chicken chasseur
    2 greek salad bowls
    1 lot of mash
1 bowl of cooked brocolli and corn to reheat
    Milk
    Spread
    Sliced cheese
    Sliced rolls
    Sliced tomatoes
    sliced ham
    yoghurts

Then we have a beer fridge

    Beer
    Wine
    Cider
    Gin-in-a-tin
    Orange juice
    Water
    Diet coke
    Fruit smoothies
  • We have (working up from the veg drawer):
carrots, pak choi tinned sweetcorn in a tub and cucumber,

home made Greek yogurt, spreadable Seriously Strong cheese, extra thick double cream (for my morning coffee:D), tub of coleslaw, chicken in Parma ham ready to cook later, bicarbonate of soda in a small pot to absorb odours,

spreadable butter, salad cream, mayo, ham, about four different cheeses, some kind of bought dip,

lazy garlic, lemongrass and chillis, pickle, redcurrant jelly, Budweiser, wine, HM spiced apple chutney,

(in the door) milk, tap water, lemonade, Pimms, wine, tub of fat for the roasties, gherkins, roasted peppers, jam, pickled jalapenos, butter, tomato puree.

Jam, marmalade, maple syrup, loaf of white toastie bread, butter, Cathedral cheddar, chilli sauce, ketchup, hp sauce, jerk barbecue sauce, lee and perrins sauce, mayonnaise, tonic water, Brita water jug, milk, sliced ham, back bacon, eggs, mustard, pickled onions, piccalilli, radishes, lettuce, rocket, celery, beetroot, cabbage, onions, cucumber, carrots, cherries, strawberries, blackberries, lemons, large Greek yoghurt, small yeo valley yoghurts, tomato puree tube, opened can of evaporated milk, can of lager. Think that's all.

  • And where's all the wine?? :D

That's in the corner of the worktop under the window. Along with the bourbon, scotch, Tia Maria, Chambord, mixers and quite a *few* other supplies [cough].

The vodka lives in the freezer along with the icecubes.

Yes, my kitchen looks like a speakeasy. Especially the day before the bottle recycling is collected.
