A few bottles of White wine

That's about all I can remember, there's a few more items. We normally buy fruit and salad items/veg and yogurts daily so don't tend to have any hanging around Sunday, veg especially after the roast.

Why keep eggs in the fridge? They keep at least a month in my larder simply cool and in a shady place - and remember they are not ever refrigerated in the supermarket!

I put tomatoes on a sunny windowsill. They get a chance to ripen and taste much nicer than chilled, vaguely orange ones direct from the supermarket shelf. They keep a couple of weeks before softening - unless the supermarket hasn't stored them properly - probably the supermarket has kept them too chilled and partially frozen them, in which case they go mouldy at the stem (take them back and complain).

Now that I'm living on my own for the first time ever (after my ex moved out), mine goes something like this:

    Wine
    More wine
    Baileys
    Milk
Butter (I don't have butter often but when I do I like the proper stuff!)
    Eggs
Greek yogurt with honeyed figs (mmm)
    Goat's cheese
    Parma ham
A couple of tubes of tomato and garlic puree
    Garlic clove, ancient
Several jars of tapenade and pesto in various stages of 'freshness'

Screams 'crazy cat lady in training', really. :rotfl:

Used to take me a while to get through eggs, so I guess that's why I keep them in the fridge, they seemed fresher. Now my LO is obsessed with eggs and I use loads I could keep them out. I keep a few eggs for baking in the cupboard though :o
