Shopped yesterday so this is pretty full, have a small fridge. Both DH and I are lactose intolerant, which is why we look like a Lactofree ad...

Two cartons Lactofree milk (one nearly empty)
Two bottles Innocent juice (was BOGOF, so cheaper than own brand)
    Carton of apple juice
About a dozen cans of fizzy drink (all of the above are DH's)
    Brita jug

    Vitalite margarine tub
Block of Lactofree semi-hard cheese (boring on its own, use for cooking)
Pack of lactofree fruit yoghurts (DH's)
Tub of fat free greek yoghurt (I can digest this without issue)
French salad dressing (actually use this to marinade chicken, not for salad)
The dregs of a maple syrup bottle (too expensive to waste!)
    Half a dozen eggs

Two packs of deli meat for sandwiches
    Chicken for tonight's dinner

    Pack of chef style veggies
    Baby leaf salad mix
    Baby spinach leaves
Big bag of peppers (need to chop and freeze some of these)
    Mushrooms
    Radishes
    Half a cucumber
Two punnets of strawberries (on offer)

Only like to keep about 3 days worth of fresh veg on hand and do a top up shop mid week. All other meat and veg is in the freezer, fruit in the fruit bowl.

Why do you all keep your fruit in the fridge? I only put the "soft" fruit in there (e.g. plums) and only if I don't want to eat it immediately. Most of it just goes in a bowl on the windowsill.

Also, you don't really need to refrigerate eggs, and they cook better when they're at room temperature.

My own fridge is typically full of jars of sauce (e.g. mayo, mustard, tartare etc), cheese, milk, cooked meat, and salad stuff. Oh, and the sandwiches I've made for the following day.

    From memory :

x2 gammon steaks for tonight's tea
    Mayo
    Salad cream
    Choc sauce for ice cream
    Pesto
    Lazy gaelic
    Lazy ginger
    Lazy chilli
    Limes
    Raspberry jam
    Chorizo
    Proper ginger
    4 eggs
    Tonic water
    Bottle cider
    Coke and diet coke cans
    Milk
    Cranberry juice
    Iceberg lettuce
    Half an onion
    A leek
    Mangetout
    Green & red Chillis
Half bag of spinach that's probably slimey now
Bag of apples (OH only eats them cold)
    Mature cheddar
    Tex mex cheese
    Bag mozzarella
    Garlic philly
    Clover
    'baking' butter

I never keep tomatoes in the fridge, they seem to go off quicker than at room temperature, also keep all ketchup, mustard etc in the cupboard. Eggs I keep in there mainly cos they gave me a nice egg holder with my new fridge :)
