Looks like you don't know everything.

Now back on topic. The next step is for the OP to complain to PayPal and ask them to re-open the case. If PayPal won't reopen the case the OP can make an official complaint to PayPal which they are required to investigate. If they do not find in the OPs favour he/she can escalate the complaint to one of PayPal's three regulators here in the UK and the EU. This will cost PayPal money, so they may well find in the OPs favour rather than go to the Ombudsman. PayPal rely on their victims not to do this, but if every time a bad PayPal rule was challenged in this way they would have to change.

Nonsense, one case per item, you can't have 2 goes at it.

So what does AMFA stand for then and why is it a special sort of claim that means a person can get a case reopened?

Are you saying that once you have opened a case you are barred from complaining to the regulator, because I did just that and won.

    No I didn't.

Can a case that has been closed not be raised with the three regulators?

A case that has been closed cannot be reopened. It can be appealed but not when closed by the op as here.

The OP (let's remember this is about them not you) has opened an ebay case and closed it. They therefore cannot reopen that case or a Paypal case.

Perhaps you didnt understand that, but as you so politely informed me, you don't know everything!
