what do other people think about giving second hand items for xmas? i buy quite a few off of facebook and charity shops and ay etc i also regift quite a lot (i have VERY sensitive skin so all of the products people buy me get regifted as i cant use them) my SIL and I now have a running joke that all the nice beauty bits i get her for her bday and xmas are the ones my dad still buys me even though i tell him every year i cant use them!
We are very happy to give second hand items as presents, we just ensure its complete, good quality & fantastic condition and suitable for thr recipients. Means our budget goes alot further.Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent
79.5 coupons rolled over 4/75.5 coupons spent - using for secondhand purchases

I think someone already posted this sleigh link further back, but here it is again, one of the better ones I think ..

Managed to pick up 6 jars of Robertsons mincemeat for 20p each at my local Mr T, with a date of December 2016 on! That's us sorted for mincepies for the next few years, just need to pick up the filo pastry as we do Delia's moneybag mincepies
I need to do a country liqueurs, jam & chutney audit to see how much I have got of everything & work out the combinations for gifting. Want to find "nice" cheap gift bags and make up the labels, get them printed & then cut them on the guillotine at work.
Bought the fruit & brandy for my cakes at the weekend, will put it into soak tomorrow night and bake them next weekend while DH watches the footy.
Have got DH's Christmas & birthday presents already (his birthday is mid-December), also got DNiece's jammies in Asda sale (we always buy clothes at Christmas & a gift for her January birthday, usually in pre or post Christmas sales). Not sure what my sons want, probably Amazon vouchers, but am busy knitting & have other plans for DS2gf and my best mates.

If anyone is interested (and local!) Amersham Buckinghamshire Mr T has the Robertson mincemeat at 20p ... I bought 3 jars
A good few jars left too!Whether you think you can or you can’t, you’re probably right ~ Henry Ford0 -
I'm loving these pics and links to the sweetie sleighs! Thank you to those who posted
definitely going to make them this year.
Trying to live a good life on little money :T0 -
primark cardiff had christmas jumpers in this weekend (ladies, mens and kids). Also womens xmas tshirts (lovely prints but very poor quality for money IMHO, don't think they would last more than one Christmas). Mens gifty bits back too(similar to the kind of things they had last year). They're also ramping up the range of onesies and pjs. No special homewares in store yetknow thyselfNid wy'n gofyn bywyd moethus...0
