    Can I vote twice?

My first wedding was in a church as my partner was a devout catholic

My second wedding was in a registry office

But I had two very nice frocks, and thats what matters lol

I dont know where my third wedding will be, I'm hoping I can marry someone abroad this time

I married in church as I had always gone there as a child. But that was when I was very young and over the years my questioning of the Christian (and all other) faiths means that would not be my answer now. I think this survey will be not be taking account of when the marriage happened ie: I think church weddings were much more the norm 20+ years ago.

I don't know when the wedding laws were relaxed but you couldn't marry in a country house when I got married...

If you're referring to trends then I think they will sort of even themselves out. My uncle & auntie got married in a register office in the late sixties coz they couldn't afford a big do and so did my grandparents during the 1940s...

Registry office 10 yrs ago, I angered my mother by refusing a church wedding. Even though for 10 yrs previously I had been telling her I was not Christian!
