I pay £100 a week which I feel is very fair, my parents also don't wish to make a profit from me. It enables me to put money into savings and run my car. This has been the same ever since I got my first full time job.0

In the OP's situation, the son needs to grow up and stop sponging off his mum. At the very least the bills should be halved.
