    wow

although I haven't been on list, as it were, I have achieved an immense amount today *pats self on back*

I have done the front and back lawns - as my mower doesn't have a grass box that involves raking the grass up afterwards and shovelling it into the 'green' bin. (Used snow shovel - it's large and lightweight and it might as well earn it's keep given it was fairly pricy like item a but not quite that expensive). Raking, as I said, removed moss from lawn too. Have weeded strawberry patch, border, block paving and trimmed my box. Driveway and footpaths swept.
Cleaned car inside and out. Done ironing - there was lots, still some left but maiden (airing it) is full, did 1 school drop off and two school pick ups (one child not so well; one who stayed in school until 5, revising). Cleaned DD's room, stripped DS's bed, remade it and cleaned his room.

    And breathe...
Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY

Just had a burst of get up and go so got up and did it. All floors hoovered, made a batch of twinks hobnobs, washed up, sorted out a box of summer clothes for DD some too small so I've charity bagged it and put the rest in the washing basket for a freshen up. Set up the new DVD player in LR still need to put old one in DDs room I will get rid of all those videos if it kills me and throws DD into a strop. I have also filled out DS2s consent form to do a fundraising bag pack at mr t tomorrow. And I won on eBay so I'm well chuffed.
So on the cards tomorrow a clear up of DDs wardrobe and CoDs and see what she is needing and then dito DS2. My room is needing a dust so I will get to that at some point too.
My heads pounding and I have a sore back so I'm going to have a couple of parrots and chill for a wee while.

Had a bit of energy this afternoon and got a few bits done, while doing this with DD, I had a text from DD's friend to see if she was going out, when I told DD she said "No, I'm going to the Fire Station with The Brownies" !!!!!!!!!!! I had completely forgot!! Couldn't get hold of DSD who normally takes her to Brownies (her Mum is in hospital so she is now the main carer for her nephew who lives with her Mum and working full time) so a mad dash to find the letter (which was quite easy after being here for so long :) ) with times and addresses and a twenty min drive(didn't know where the hell it was!!!). Back home to do some more bits before going back to pick up DD.

Still haven't got hold of DSD so hoping all is ok. Good vibes please xx

    Morning all
Narco - hate the floor and have decided we will not be living with. Just need to decide what to do. We could try to strip it again and beach and seal or just order carpet. May consider painting it. Very disappointed but it is not the end of the world, worsethings happen at sea.

Shame. Get some nice rugs and make your mind up in winter - will waste valuable gardening time if you do it now!!
And talking of which, a certain garden centre has 25% off plants to members for the next week, so if you want to avail yourself to my OH's membership card, let me know! Did your beans come up? Mine have shot up, will plant out as soon as temperature rises a bit (that should be about August at the current rate of progress).

Not much flying today, picked up a couple of whoopsies from C0-0p on my way home, wandered round garden to chill out and admire new growth (trying to ignore exuberant growth of weeds), cooked dinner then slobbed in front of TV.
Got another new uni student this Saturday.

    Hugs to all in need.

Don't know if I'm hayfever-ish or getting a bug but I'm a bit sniffly and chesty. Don't feel unwell, just annoying cough. Have found the haymax in case it's pollen. Thinking about it my eyes are a bit dry (but that could be from being up before 4 two days in a row ;)). Hmm. Piriton, anyone?

It's dire here. The field at the bottom of my garden, and seemingly most of my route to work, are all bright yellow with oilseed rape. Eye drops and Loratidine this morning so I'm now not tired but will be leaden in the morning.

Girls stuff packed.. washing all in and dry.. I'll fold it tomorrow.

I need to buy medicines and travel sicky pills for Moomin for her residential.. and make an appointment with the head to go over the care plan/risk assessment given her disabilities.. standard one is not good enough apparently :p

Tomorrow I want bed sheets changed, bills paid, DW done 100 times to clear work surfaces and all the bins emptied... it is our last weekly collection on Tuesday so I am making the most of it :p

I want to nip to wool shop for 600g for a blanket.. and some white for Stringy .. currently knitting up the white with blue flecks I never used for the grandboys. I have found my next 4 or 5 projects but the blanket is knitted in squares so I can use the short needles and keep it in my bag.. I wish I could crochet it must be easier to cart about.

Front room needs vacuuming too.. and bleach ye bogs!

Ooh... and order DS3 a sharps bin on his next prescription.. apparently he should get one every month.. we've not ever had one!

£5 for DD3 bowling with church, £5 nail appt (spending frivolous amounts of cash on myself again :p) and I have to find my long lost shoe.. mine are way too uncomfy .. that or I will have to purchase another identical pair and kill myself breaking the darn things in :(

    Bed time for now xx
