Need help please ,negative balance on paypal

I had the same when I bought a phone on ebay last year, bought a phone, received it, a week later got an email from paypal saying they hadn't been able to take the money from my bank.

Emailed the seller, paypal had paid them.

Turned out to be a glitch my banks end, got it sorted and paid paypal but it can happen. They'd paid the seller and I'd gotten the item a good week before paypal contacted me saying they weren't able to take payment.

that exactly what happen to me , but my problem now ,,i have no money to pay the paypal and just worry what action they can do with me

It can happen as when i brought my ps3 when they first came out paypal paid £400 and there was not enough money in my bank and paypal paid it anyway.

Recived a email from paypal saying that i owed them the money. I contacted the seller and they had been paid. It was my banks fault but i paid it off straight away.

If your bank has already paid for you - you will go overdrawn and have to pay their daily charges. If PayPal has paid and not recovered for your bank they will send debt collectors to hassle you. You should contact your bank the. PayPal and see who paid and how you can pay it back overtime
