I have had similar problems to those mentioned above inc. very very poor communication from ebyer.

The order had not arrived when promised and I had to get in touch and they said it was out of stock. Eventually it arrived and Im sure its faulty as I cant get random play to work. Also, as has been said a few times, the miniscule instruction booklet is a waste of time.

I refuse to ring their 0871 number and wait in a queue.

Just wanting to ask - has anyone been able to get random play working and how?
- has anyone got anywhere with ebuyer and their returns process?
