How come when I went to ebuyer and went to buy Sumvision they wanted to charge me £34 + VAT + P&P. I thought that the p&p was free and that I could buy the item for £24 only, if I bought it through Google checkout with the £10 off, which included free p&p, what am I doing wrong? Please help.

    Just a confused idiot. lol.
  • Hi I purchased an 4GB MP4 player from ebay on buy it now from hong kong for my partner when she did the race for life and this cost £22.48 so i bought another on Tuesday, they work a treat, the ear phones that come with them are not that great so i got some hang over the ear ones.

Have just looked to get you the link but they have gone up by £2.50 but still making a great buy for what it is at £24.98.

Don't be put off that its in hong kong as it turned up within 4 days last time, just waiting for mine to arrive.

The ebay shop is http://stores.ebay.co.uk/BUY-MY-NOW look for " 4GB MP4 MP3 WMA FM PLAYER 2nd Gen. Version + FREE CASE " @ £4.99 with £19.99 carriage. they also have 8GB ones for £34.98

I want a cheapo MP3 player so that I can load up CD stories for the kids on holiday, will CD stories work on any MP3 player?

I dont know about these specific models, but yes they should, the only problem with mine (a rio carbon, nearly 2 years old) is that it jumbles the tracks up and you have to choose them seperately. Take a set of speakers and the charger with you.

Who would sell their credit card number and name and address to Google for a measly tenner?

    Google aren't even selling anything!

    Hi
I'm a bit of an oldie, I'll be first to admit that and no I can't set the video

However, I do enjoy a challenge and the MP3 revolution will not pass me by without my having a stab at it. Can anyone ansers these concerns/questions for me please?
    1. Does this model allow use of speakers - I dont like earphones
    2. Which ones would fit this model
    3. Does Ebuyer sell them (not mentioned in accessories)
    4. Does it just work on batteries or can it be connected to main socket

I will be using it mostly for music but also some audio books.

    Thanks for any help.
    M.

Just checked, they have 2GB players in stock. If you buy 2 to take it over the £30 pound mark with the Google £10 off they work out at £17 quid each. Not bad eh?!
  • The Original Post has been updated - there should be more stock of the 4GB mp3 player available from eBuyer in the next hour and further stock on Monday.

Anybody had problems with their sumvision 4GB with FM radio?

I bought one from tecno.co.uk and when I put new batteries in (I'd been using some other batteries for a week or so and had loaded some music) and switched back on it said "Starting..." on the LCD and did nothing else. None of the buttons did anything anymore and all I could do was switch off. From then on it did the same whenever turned on. I've sent it back but tecno seem to be having problems processing my refund. Hopefully will see the money back in a day or so (but they've told me that before  ).
