Orange Premier Customer?

Why are you so convinced that EE won't be giving out a premier service?

I mean I can't imagine that they are going to LIE about it being a service that exists. Mislead about potential cost? Hmm not so confident, but I don't think they'd say that a service exists if it does not...

I know people who work for them (those that were there for the merger) and they aren't aware of a specific 'premier' service. They acually deal with EE calls. Could be wrong though.

Trust me. I know. There is no such thing on 4G.
I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂

    Simax is correct.

Can you please provide me with information such as your line rental cost and mins/texts/internet package? Did the person on the phone say this was staying the same at the same price? Are you getting new phones or just the sim card. Was there a minimum term you had to sign up to?

You're getting a 4G sim. I'm assuming it was an upgrade to your current account correct?

There is no free insurance (you sure he didn't say warranty) or Orange premium service on EE4G. In fact if he's put you on a 4G tariff he shouldn't mention anything about Orange because they are totally separate entities and you have nothing to do with them anymore once you're on a 4G tariff. The "Orange Clone phone" as he called it is nothing special. In fact it's not from Orange like i've mentioned above. All it is a free backup service. The actual insurance aspect costs £6pm for all new and existing customers. The capped fees thing is a half truth. Yes you get unlimited mins/texts and data which you can't go over. But you can still make premium rate calls so bills can still go over. UK call centres ONLY is a lie. It just depends who you get through to.

Unfortunately i know over 6 people in real life who have been mis sold 4G tariffs from EE and a few others through forums. You might be one of the many i know over the internet.

What was the point of deleting all your posts?
The thread now makes absolutely no sense whatsoever!
