BT Sport will be £12pm on Sky (£15pm for HD), with a £15 connection fee.
Free on Sky if you have BT broadband (although it's implied that HD will cost a bit more after the first year).0 -

It will actually be free to all BT broadband customers who can stream via a pc etc, not just infinity customers.
Plus they'll have all the Aviva rugby matches. This is just what is needed for the sports viewing market. Sky have had a monopoly for far too long.0 -
I think I'll be one of the BT broadband customer taking their TV package on the 1st of Aug. At £5 extra it is good value and even my wife won't complain because it includes motoGP coverage:-)
The BT site is very confusing when it comes to their TV offering though, which is why I never took it in the first place. I can't see what I would get that I don't get via freeview and internet from their TV package as it stands. Add in the sports stuff and suddenly it looks worthwhile even if I still don't fully understand what I'm paying for.0 -

I guess Sky will be charging £13 a month or so for the BT channel just like they did with ESPN.0 -

Well, ok, to re-phrase, what we will have to pay for the BT sports channels if we're a Sky subscriber.
So Sky Sports with Sky is £21, plus £15 for the BT channels,I'm not paying £36 a month just for football.
I see they're also employing the old ESPN (or was it Setanta) technique of charging £15 connection charge to stop you switching it on and off during the season!0 -

If they were significantly cheaper than my current provider which after any introductory discount I doubt - Line rental/unlimited broadband/free local calls for about £21 a month with talktalk (no deal - just their standard pricing and faultless service).0 -
BT's unlimited broadband is £10.75pm for 6 months, then £26.75pm for 6 months over a 12 month contract (assuming you pay line rental up front). So £18.75pm on average, minus any cashback you can get from switching. This'd include BT Sport on your Sky box.
So only a bit more than just getting BT Sport on Sky without BT broadband.
BT Infinity is of course more pricey.0 -
I think I'll pass on changing broadband supplier purely so that I don't have to pay for BT Sports. I cancelled ESPN because I barely watched it0
