OK so it's 2 separate aerials rather than 2 outputs?

That diagram of yours is OK in theory but you may need to use an amp for the 2 TVs off the Sky box 2
It'll pretty much be a 'suck it and see' approach as far as levels are concerned.

There are many ways you can do it but everything should really be distributed from the one place [usually referred to as the head-end]
If you want to build 2 systems, just reduce what I put on the diagram above to fit each one and take away a Sky box and TV
If you do that, make sure that there are no feeds between the 2 systems after the head-end

thanks for this.....would i be still able to watch sky tv independently in this set up on all the other tv's (using magic eye or alike??) i dont think this is possible as id be starting from scratch. my new diagram is basically what id be doing?? would this work??

I tend to deal with commercial systems, Sky is not really something I do any work on so I'm not 100% on the magic eye thing but from my basic understanding of it, it should be fine but someone else may be able to confirm

thanks, dunno that's the aerial maybe they are two separate ones? two separate cables anyway. Going to try and get it plumbed in and see how it goes!! Thanks for your help. Will be adding boosters but runs are fairly short so hopefully ill get a good idea. thanks for all your help everyone.Looks like ive got to try and get some digital grade coax anyway!!

Thanks. Looks like the only splitter will be from sky 2 box to go to two TVs. I use a pyramid (not magic eye) at mo which works great and I can change DVD etc with this also. As I know this works that's what I'm going to stick with. It's only adding the free view which is causing the headache but now I know I can run them through the sky boxes as it were then think my second plan will work fine. Hopefully I can run new cables before scaffold goes. Adding the boosters etc i can do after but need the cable runs to be right in first instance......I think!

update.......after dragging tvs and sky boxes around the new sky rf2 feeds work fine! Having taken the outside aerial down i think i have messed with the signal but hope to have this resolved although getting onto the roof in high winds and rain was great! Does it really make much difference where its pointing? Are there any tricks to get this right?

Now i know that the sky feeds work what is the configuration for frreview.....Outside aerial into RF1, then rf2 lead into freeview box? Aerial in or out? then scart from freeview to tv?? Freeview will work through scart but what will sky then come through on.....getting there...

    Trying again tomorrow!!!

Yes, the aerial needs to go into 'aerial in' the RF outs are just that, outputs.
You'd normally use RF1 for the TV if needed

cool think im getting there....if i didnt have FV boxes then the RF2 lead could just go straight into the tv and and then sky would play through analogue channels and fv through the digital channels?? thanks for your help. Back on the roof we go! aerial_zpsb3124910.png

I'm not quite following what you're asking but there's nothing wrong [in theory] with that drawing

You don't need the RF [coax] feed into the 2nd TV though from the Freeview box, the Scart will do the job
