Yesterday I did not receive an email with the details of my refund, so as promised I am now contacting the financial ombudsman about your company, I specifically said I didn't want phone calls, im not interested in your company, or membership, you have breached my statutory rights to cancel, then you decided to take out over £64. 2 weeks after I wrote to you to cancel my membership, all I wanted for this matter to be settled was a refund, of the full amount, (minus the £5 holding fee in which you are entitled to hold as stated by the consumer credit act section 115) To that end, as I received no refund and confirmation email of refund and cancelation, I am opening a case against you, I will be looking for a full refund, damages for breach of my statutory rights, unlawfully taking money out of my bank (I will be contacting my bank shortly to register your transaction as unlawful) and your company will pick up the bill for all legal proceedings, from a simple refund you have turned this into a nightmare, If you wish to settle this matter immediately I suggest you refund me and an email, I WILL NOT accept calls, if this is not done I will take this case as far as it needs to go until I am satisfied. I reiterate, ALL correspondence between myself and your company is being recorded.

Within an hour of sending this I had an email telling me I had been refunded £59.76, I did not speak to them on the phone, not even once. this works, its all true, had I not received my refund I would have done as I said in the email.

Reception21 I also fully accept that you are not to blame, its the system and management, you do not need to phone to get this sorted, you just need to know your consumer rights and enforce them, I was £5 short on my refund and I accept this as it was my mess up signing up in the first place, but they must offer you a refund minus this £%, its the law, unless you leave it months then you only have yourself to blame if you do not get refunded

Hardly exploitation, they offer a service, nobody is forced to use them. If nobody signed up, they would soon be out of business.

A fool and their money are soon parted and all that
  • I believe they are mostly sending people via affiliates and although they link through their homepage with big links to their T&C they are sending people to affiliate landing pages which don't have much link to these and scamming people.
  • Some more numbers 0800 002 9954, 0161 850 0286, 0161 486 4827 will answer under various company names all the same place though.

  • I have also been scammed by Loan Options, the place a request for your card details, which you assume is for them to take your first payment of your loan or for reference only; this will be taken out of your account within 62 days, it was removed from my account within three days. I contacted their office enquiries only to be that they would arrange a call back from the Manager, still waiting, please be careful £ 62.00 is a lot theses days. I am still waiting for that successful loan. Watch out for 0906 unnamed calls I have also been scammed to the tune of £80.00 CSD HOLDINGS they keep you talking £1.50 per min, I have requested a refund still waiting!

If only you cared enough to go back, read the T&Cs, and follow the instructions to get a refund, everything would work out so much better for you...
  • have just had this exact same problem spoke to my bank and they told me to contact money warehouse and inform them that this is against the consumer credit act and is therefore illegal - the bank said they should drop the money straight back into my account
