You do need to follow the instructions in the T&C's you agreed to about getting a refund.

Or you could QUOTE THEM LAW (albeit Im not sure what law Vic was referring to)

    Hi everyone

I was looking for a loan...at the mo I can only get paydy loans or quite high interest but that's OK I don't mind :)

I came across Loan-options.net who said for a fee of around £50 I could have a loan and told me all the financial info which was affordable and attractive so I clicked and i was told I had 'joined' the Loan-Options and become a member!? For which i would pay the princely sum of....yep....aforementioned loan arrangement fee. In the end the couldn't even give me a loan. Have I been scammed?? Anyone else come across these before. I'm really worried as they've got all my details. They don't even have a call centre....it's a third party company answering calls about 500 miles from where they are supposed to be based!

And same thing with moneywarehouse.co.uk - it all smells very fishy.

    Hope someone can help me.

    Thanks

that's not a scam, that's just somebody who doesn't read what they are signing up to.

Without a spell check I doubt the loan company will be able to understand a word of it judging by that last post LOL

When you get through to the line saying the team are busy, please don't have a go at us! We don't work for Loans Options, we're just an answering service that happen to take their calls occasionally when lines genuinely are busy. There is NOTHING we can do other than take a message to ask the people who can and do issue refunds to call you back. They may take a while to do this, but please don't take it out on us, we did not take your money and we aren't being awkward when we say all we can do is take a message, it's true!
