Has anyone been a returner, what is the likely outcome of the meeting I have to attend.

It depends what you mean by 'returner', did you get a job, or did you complete the two year sentence?0

Yes had a job which didn't last, and I'm still within the two years. Just had letter to say I have to attend a meeting later in the month, My motivation is really low as I only sign for NI credit and get no other benefit.0 -
You will have to continue on the WP from where you left off, so if you have already served a year, you have a year left to go.0

Probably talk about why your job didn't last, and what they can do to help you keep one next time. May be create long term, premenant posts that pay realistic wages? or stop funding for programs being cut? I returned and they are still ignoring me.0

If you are still out of work within the 2 years from when you first started you are still under the WP.
I am guessing its another induction meeting but we cant say till you go to it and then you can tell us all

I don't mind returning as such but there is very little motivation for me to return, as the job I got was off my own back with none of their help at all. Any course that I think will be helpful for me costs too much and say we only offer the ones that are free.
They seem to create more obstacles than offer any real solution to me being unemployed again.0 -

It was march last year I think had a couple of shifts whilst I was there but nothing which lasted, not until I got a job in november which lasted until middle of march.0 -

In that case you will be on it till March 2014 unless you get another job that's perm full time and do not sign on again till after that dateWe’ve had to remove your signature. You don't have to take part in the WP if you are claiming credits only. You can't come off the WP until your 2 years are up but they cannot place any sanctions on you for non compliance ie) you don't need to participate

Hmm, you go back into the WP , it's the only thing theycan think of to do with you. Incidentally, my 2 years are up in a couple of months (no nearer to a job than when I started) and I expect they will throw me back inI didn't ask to be born!0
