They told me middle of this week too but as of yet I haven't heard anything.
I just can't get over how the warehouse lot didn't think it was odd to put an empty Lancome gift bag into all these boxes :rotfl:0 -
Okay Boots have made contact via email (check your emails& junk!)
They ARE sending the gift bags out to our home addresses as per the email and giving 500 advantage card points as a sorry.
You need to follow the instructions in the email.
I'm guessing everyone who contacted them received this email.
