    They told me middle of this week too but as of yet I haven't heard anything.

    I just can't get over how the warehouse lot didn't think it was odd to put an empty Lancome gift bag into all these boxes :rotfl:

    Okay Boots have made contact via email (check your emails& junk!)
    They ARE sending the gift bags out to our home addresses as per the email and giving 500 advantage card points as a sorry.
    You need to follow the instructions in the email.
    I'm guessing everyone who contacted them received this email.

    What do I do? Should I wait a bit or phone or email them first? I've checked my emails/junk and nothing.....what time roughly were you sent your emails please?

    Join the club; no emails for me either! :( I've just given them a call and a nice guy said that they would sort it out for me and I will receive my email shortly! :)
