    I too have phoned & emailed so many times (and been given different information each time!) - though they have always claimed I am on the list, albeit "near the bottom". I have been assured that it was posted last Monday but still nothing has arrived - and no points on my card either. Just emailed and asked for points instead as I've given up hope of ever receiving the free gift....:eek:

    Can this be put in the gone section as the offer isnt valid anymore!?(Just tried the link for lancome mascara and NO OFFERS on it at all) Its just posters putting comments on about points and gifts not being honoured or received which is misleading from the header... ta..

    Maybe the offer isn't valid, but the problem of customers not receiving their full orders is very valid.

    There are a lot of people (Including myself) who have not received their full order/s.

    No it is not a grabbit any longer, but neither is it expired. I assume this does not affect you?

    No it doenst affect me as i said in in my earlier post I wanted to order a mascara and there are NO OFFERS on so its misleading...

    I can appreciate you and others are waiting for gifts and points etc but can't it be moved to expired as the deal HAS, you can still comment and post your updates on the expired notice board about what has happened and what hasnt to your orders.....

    Still not had my mini's and it's getting a bit annoying now. I phoned Boots again today and they guy had no recollection of what I was talking about. Sooooooo annoying! I guess I will just have to return the initial purchases.

    Hurrah, at last I have received my Lancôme minatures today.

    I had placed 2 orders and as promised they have sent 2 x sets of minatures. Better late than never. I am a happy lady today.

    Called boots CS for the third time on Wednesday and they took my address details and confirmed that they were sending my freebies out to me right then and there - fingers crossed it arrives tomorrow as it's now a month since my original order....

    If anyone is still waiting for their freebies I'd deffo call them again about it as they lady was most helpful :)

    The Cs are telling people so many different things I was told i my mini gifts have been sent out & I wou;ld recieve them by the end of last week!... i waited til wednesday & yesterday, got an email to say It had been sent out & they cant send out a replacement as the have all gone!.... but as you say kiwigirl, They said they are sending out your mini gift!.... they have given me 1000 points, (which is only £10 worth of points)... but was so looking forward to getting my mini gifts worth £72!!.... Ive wrote back to them again as im not happy with what im being offered, I only bought like many other because of the gift that was offered, & think it very unfair that so many havent recieved their promised gifts with the products, to me feels like false advertising!... rant over! ;)

    Sorry to hear you have been mucked about kadiekaismummi - my gifts arrived this morning so I'm not sure what is going on with Boots customer service....

    I hope they sort something out for you pronto!!
