I made that mistake as i did it from my phone and just hit the reply button.

Not got mine either, had a phone call to say I was getting it 2 weeks ago!

I rang them yesterday..the guy told me the last of the gifts was sent out tues & can take up to 3 weeks to receive!! Told him I haven't received my points either whitch he then promptly popped onto my boots card:) so it's just a waiting game now I guess for the gift:)

Three weeks. How slow do they think royal mail is? I was told they were sent second class as Boots never send anything first class.

Received my miniatures today from the RM sorting office as I weren't in on Monday when it arrived. Very pleased! Hope everyone else gets theirs v soon.

Just rang Boots, and was told by the lady that it was a first come first serve basis on the gift sets as they are a limited amount, and they have now run out !!!

She then told me that i had received the 500 boots advantage points so what was i complaining about !!!! :o:o

I told her that i was promised BOTH a gift set and points in an email !! :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Im expecting a call back with further info :T

Just rang customer services again and found out I wasn't on the list to have them send out a gift to me! I've called them quite a few times too so was shocked! ...anyways they have arranged a gift to be sent out to me and lady told me can take up to 7 days to arrive. Every time I speak to them I get different information! But anyways better check people if you haven't received anything yet u were on the list to receive a free gift!
