I have called them on Wednesday and they said I would receive the gift in my nearest store within 3 to 5 days. But I emailed on Friday, got a reply on Saturday and they still have not sent it and said it would arrive within 7 to 10 days in my appartment. No mention of an extra 500 points. Getting fed up now.:mad:

I phoned them on Friday and he said he'd send me an email but nothing as of yet! I'm getting fed up now too

Get in touch with them again and mention that others have had 500 free points as well as the free gift and tell them to send it to you.

now i got the reply to my email too. got the email through asking for my address and my advantage card number for extra points but it did not say how many point. i take will 500 like for the rest. will wait now for my freebie. :j

Finally picked up my order!:) as the same as every body else no gift:( rung customer services and the lady I spoke to said she would forward all my info to the right person. She confirmed the gifts will be sent out and everyone will be awarded 500 points:) the when bit was allot more vague:( so I'm going to give them a week and then contact them again x

Has anyone who received the email & replied with there address received anything? Almost a week now and still waiting. Starting to wonder whats going on as i've used the product anticipating the gift would arrive

I've just checked my Advantage card account online, and the 500 points have been added... Just waiting for the free gift now! Fingers crosses will be here soon, really want to take them away next weekend!

Hi All, The postman has just delivered my Lancome free gift items. The items are in a plastic bag with a leaflet giving details of the 8 items but not in a Lancome bag....as we all got that with our order. I'm pleased with them, well done Boots.

Received my freebies in the post today and an accompanying letter which stated they'd added 500 points to my card :beer:


The order I placed to be delivered to store is another matter... went to collect it today and luckily I asked the woman to open the box for me and inside it was just an empty Lancome bag, not the free gifts and not even the product I paid for!! It would be laughable if I hadn't made a wasted trip into town to collect it. Will see what CS say about this as the store said there was nothing they could/would do!
