Just been to store to collect and i too didn't get the free. gift set. The guy at collection desk phoned boots.com and they said they couldn't resend the order. I asked for a refund as i wanted what i ordered. Managed to get gift card loaded to the value of the item i ordered and they gave me the item gratis and 1000 advantage points. Chi ching

Just had a call back from them, he said its happened to a lot of people!
I've been told that they are trying to sort out an issue at the warehouse, and I will receive the free gift, but they can't say when.
Not the most helpful of information, but he did also say that all calls are recorded, so if they then turn round and say I can't have it then there is a record of the call saying I will!MFW 2016 #32 £1574.66/£1500:j:j0 -

Collected my order in store this afternoon. Like a lot of you there was no free gift. I'm fuming. Called them up. They couldn't tell me what happened and said they couldn't do anything. Gave me their email address for their customer services. So I have fired off an email to request my free gift. As I do want to keep my lancome item. I hope they get back to me quickly...0

Same thing happened to me.....received my order by courier this morning and knew before I even opened the box that there was no free gift because the box was so light :mad:
I phoned them up to complain and she said that they were looking into it and that they'd phone me back next week to let me know. She said that there was no guarantee that I'd get the free gift at all! Looks like I'll be sending my Lancome mascara back then
