Around £30 seems to be starting price in my area, although I go the college and have my hair cut by qualified stylist for £15. I'm pleased with how she cuts it, wouldn't want to go back to paying £30+ just to have an inch snipped off.0

supercuts will only cut about an inch off the length for that, if they cut more they charge you more (well they do in my local supercuts).0 -

I went there once and never went back as my hair looked awful, reminds me as well they advertised a block colour (so a section of hair coloured) from £3.99, they quoted me £40 for just one section of hair and even then the colours where dull.
Ive been struggling to find a good salon since i moved as im very protective of my hair.0 -
I would say £40 is about average unfortunately0

The woman that cuts my hair is semi-retired and most of her customers are friends who go to her house. I'll phone and see when is going to be a convenient day and she charges me £4.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,

I live in Reading, last week I paid £13.50 for a dry cut, normally I pay £20 at my local salon, last week a new salon opened offering everything fo £9.99 I asked for cut and blow, she said the blow dry would cost another £9.99 and the shampoo, conditioner, spray another
£9.99
total rip off, I can't see them lasting very long, I walked out, never to return.
