If the listing stated the item was not gold then that comment and rating is removable.

Coincidently, wicked witches only existed in the wizard of oz, personally, I have only ever seen the term wicked on the side of a bottle of blue vodka it is not in every day use! Except in west end musicals! You are honoured ! Not just an ordinary witch eh, but a wicked one!

Ive phoned ebay, they said they wont look at the case until after 8 days and to just ignore the buyer from here on in as they have noted the excessive messeges sent via the case in such a short space of time.

This case was escalated by the buyer this morning.

Ebay have closed the case in my favour :j and removed the negative feedback

Im so happy after reading time and time again ebay will always side with buyers, i glad i took a stand against this buyer and didnt back down to his constant threats.

Just a heads up (although with you being a witch, you probably won't need it).

When you next list any items, make sure that you keep an eye on any bidding that goes on, especially if there are any interested buyers who have newly registered accounts or who are registered in the same area as the buyer in question.

Even though you have probably blocked them from bidding on your listings, it's not unheard of for disgruntled ebayers to set up new accounts simply for auction wrecking purposes.
