  • Had a bit of a laid back today due to not feeling well and dd is not very well and was up most of last night.

    Today I have:
    1. Packaged up the l.film dvd and put it in the post
    2. Made all of the beds and changed dd's bed, as she was sick last night
    3. Had all meals from stores with macaroni cheese for dinner
    4. Surveys and other daily work
    5. School run this morning and this afternoon
    6. Looked into council mot testing station for DH's car
    7. Signed up to some mystery shopping sites
    8. Paid some money off debt
    9. Made meal plan for May
    10. Removed the old seal on the bath and replaced it
    11. Took the shower curtain down and put it in a bucket of bleached water
    12. Phone mum for a catch up
    13. Completed client appointments for today
Now I am going to put my feet up and read through some of my course work with fingers crossed that I do not need to take dd to the hospital later tonight.

Gee it's cold sitting at cricket for hours. DS3 played well though even though they lost. His own age group on Thursday night.

Just doing us some more food, need to get into the routine of making cake and soup to have ready for the return.

Apart from paperwork I have achieved all I wanted to today so not bad.

Well so much for me getting anything done today. I completely forgot that Monday is swimming day and therefore I booked a dentist appointment for all three children this afternoon at the same time as one of their swimming lessons!

Anyway, after taking all three to school this morning, I worked this morning, sorted out my invoicing ready to be sent on Wednesday (I'm a freelance transcriber/proof reader), then picked up DD3 from preschool and went swimming. Back home at 2pm, woke DH up as he worked last night, then DH got DD1 and DD2 from school. Then off to dentist instead of swimming, and back home again for dinner. Managed to wash dishes (because dishwasher is broken) and then tidied kitchen a little before putting children to bed. DH is at work tonight.

Now I'm sitting here procrastinating as I have more work to do tonight!

Will definitely get FLYing tomorrow :).

Congrats to opto-mum and hope all works out for you mumto5.

I'm hoping to get to know everyone over the next few days/weeks as I get my house in order!

I came home from work to the phone ringing. DS1 is being asked to leave college. I am beyond devastated. Why does $h1t happen when DH is away.

Hugs - hope you cope with this latest pile of carp. What does DS1 have to say about it?

    Good evening :D

I managed to clean both toilets & sinks, but didn't get as far as the bath/shower. I did wipe down the cupboard though :)

I have munched a frog & called Homeserve - an engineer is coming round tomorrow to look at the boiler :j It would be good to have hot water without having to turn the heating on :o

I then got a phone cal from the school. Miss T had fallen over & bumped her head, so I had to pick her up from nursery. She is fine but has an impressive bump!

Made chocolate brownies for the kids to have after dinner.

I have an ebay rant as well! Why is it, that when you have a bulky, expensive item (start price £300) that states 'collection only', and in the description asks that if you want the item posted, please contact me for P&P charges (wanted to get it on quick with free listing & didn't have time to work out postage as it needed weighing & was in the shed! :o) someone still bids on it without contacting first - from Holland!! Maybe he is popping over to collect? I have sent a message ;) Plus side - it has a bid! :j And still has 6 days & 17 watchers - so hopefully somebody else will win it & collect it :p

Hello all, quick check in as I'm back from gym.
I'm in for this week although I expect a lot of it will be in the garden or faffing about with )fsted paperwork. Managed to avoid them today, which happily gets out of the way the student I'd least like to be observed teaching!
Mumto5Hope DS1 manages to find something else he wants to do instead of college.
Honey glad you've found a solution that gives your dog less pain and you less anxiety.
