When will the tracking be shown on Quidco. I opened my 4th flex account on June 2th (my first application with Cash back), said accepted subject to few checks, but it has not been tracked yet ?

Is it the date when the ac officially approved, DD is switched or what ?

I normally has a good tracking record with Quidco.

    Thanks
Mine appeared approx. 2 hours after I signed up for the account.. so the same day.

Thanks. I fell gutted, £75 potential earning has gone .... £75 is one of the main reason why I was applying.

    Could I ask people opinion.

if I just cancel the current application and then I apply again but this time using TCB. What do you think ? is there something that I have missed or I will need to be aware if I go ahead with this cancelation.

    - I am aware it is £65 but it is a better chance to get £65 rather then Quidco which has been proven fail in tracking in my case.
    - I am aware another credit search required. But I apart from that I understand that cancellation will not hurt any credit rating.
    - What else I have missed in case I go ahead with cancellation ?

    Thank you for your time

TCB price-match cashback amounts so you can get £70 with them too. However, surely it'd be much easier to just submit a missing cashback claim with Quidco? Automatic tracking doesn't always work.

I signed up yesterday but didn't know about Quidco. Should I wait till my first account is up and running or apply again now to get quidco?.

    Thx

    Hi,

I already have Flexdirect account which was upgraded from a standard Flex account. If I click through TCB site it will take me straight to application. It does not let me to sign into internet banking and then apply for an additional account.

Should I continue with the application and then later it will be matched to my existing internet banking login?

    Thanks

Mine got matched up automatically and shows up on my account when i log into online banking. The only thing that isn't matched is the sign in for the card reader - it will not show the new card on the drop down for card numbers (you get given the same user ID for the online banking).

The one I opened via TCB is also appearing in my internet banking with the other accounts. Haven't received anything in the post yet, although it said I'll have to sign and return some forms.

I opened my FlexDirect 10 days ago, today I just received my debit card + PIN code and a few SMS messages that they are switching my Santander account to them, but still don't have any tracking at Quidco. Just submitted cashback claim, fingers crossed to track.

Go to support inbox tab and then on the right hand side corner (ish) there is "create a cashback claim"
