FREE SKy+ and installation + no monthly charge

This offer definately expired on the 17th, it has not been extended to the 22nd.
I've just been on the phone to sales for 15 minutes trying to get it but either the person I dealth with was hard-nosed or its just not there.

(I even tried getting a staff discount through my work, etc, etc).

If anyone has any success before the 22nd in getting this offer, then please tell me the name of the person you dealt with the hopefully their phone# extension!

i didn't have an old card when i had my new sky+ box fitted. I had to ring and tell them that I didn't have one and they sent one out to me.

has anyone got to the point where they didnt recieve a single offer and were cancelled within 5 mins! happend 2 me 2 weeks ago...im thinking of calling back within the next 2 weeks...but not sure if i should wait to see if sky call back or if i should try and get any offers when i call back and ask to be reconnected.

Update - had my Sky+ box fitted a week ago and it is BRILLIANT - no longer have to compete with the kids and Simpsons/SpongeBob etc. It has made a huge difference and is so easy. Bit gutted about SKy nicking half the hard drive but obviously nothing I can do about that one....but I am still a happy bunny :j

Had my sky + fitted today just playing with it now to try and figure it out the sky+ box is a pace 80gb is this any good?

One of the best Mandy.

I've just been on the phone to sky for 30 minutes and managed to get upgraded to sky+ for 49 pounds. Took a while but got there in the end

I agree about the kids element. I had it installed on Saturday for free a brand new Sky+ box(they didn't have any refurbs).
It's embarassing to say but it has already changed my life - no more squabble between my two over who watches what. And I can kick back and watch all my fav programmes whenever I want.

hoping for sky+ fitted tomorrow,we phoned last week to say cancelling etc,got offered free sky+,told installation tuesday 19th,they rang tuesday 8am to say fitting between 2-5pm,came 4.40pm told us run out of boxes would be back wednesday, called to say between 1-4pm,arrived 5.10 said same tale again,not given enough boxes to do all jobs given daily,phoned sky and said friday morning so keeping fingers crossed it arrives

I can assure you i recieved another Sky letter asking me to come back to Sky and get free Sky+ offer ends 22nd june in the SMALL PRINT etc , etc.
(Anyone else get one of these mailers, Or am i the only person on the forums who has not taken up the offer of Sky+ on here?)

Also included in the envelope was a booklet in the style of a fifty pence piece, Letting you know what you can get for 50p a day with Sky.

I'd post a picture of that one too, But it has been binned

As per usual with Sky staff, There will be 3 people who know about offers and the other 7 wont know anything about it. Pot luck who you get on the phone really.
