I bought this the other week for my daughters 6th birthday, she loves it. I find it ok to thread although I agree it could do with a light. She has made a few fleece hats and a Barbie sleeping on it this weekend.I love MSE freebies and comps. Thanks posters0

If that's all she wants it for, it sounds ideal - but not if the trousers are heavy fabric such as thick corduroy or Harris Tweed!0
