Pmsl, :rotfl: go get your mum.
LOL......
I did manage to catch her up on the way up the path... just back in the door now, - trying to find a space for a blue badge and then trying to get a wheelchair round primark was a bit of a nightmare.... but she's stocked up on a few things she'll need to take in hospital soon hopefully (but thats another story!) Now having a cuppa, and have 2 mins to drink it before I have to go n do the school run.
No rest.... I wonder what that makes me. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
Hi 3Dogs :wave:nice to see you .You have had one hell of a time and been very busy one way or another and everything takes its toll.I do agree about the antidepressants making you sleep so much .I remember my niece saying I would be better on something herbal which is what Lala and I did after my Dh died and it was suprising what a difference they made without the side effects.Take care of yourself and sending you a Big Nannylala Hug :A0

This is what my tomatoes are being used for
Superspeed tomato soup (it's actually a slimming world recipe but it tastes lovely and doesn't need cooking which is good for me)
2 x 400g tins of tomatoes
1 tin of carrots (drained)
1 tin baked beans
1 chicken/veg/bovril stock cube
1/2 pint water
1 pickled onion
place all ingredients in a liquidiser or food processor then blend.
Heat as required. There comes a time in every woman's life when the only thing that helps is a glass of champagne ... Bette Davis0 -
Hi folks, just managed to grab a few minutes to myself and thought I'd have a wee nosey. I've 50 pages to catch up on but very little time to do it!
I was at meetings from 12pm until 9pm yesterday and by then end of it was so drained.
Have just finished a training course this morning, was supposed to be starting a college one this evening but got told it was over subscribed so would I mind waiting until this one was over before I started which suits our youth group because it was going to be cancelled as there would only have been one staff member because the other two are doing the same course. The only problem is I'll have to re-apply and sit the interview again!
Hopefully I'll be able to catch up tomorrow as no work until 2.30pmSPC #329 £471/£500 banked

3 Dogs, take it easy, and I remember when my dear nan died and she was put to rest with my grandad, that was what all the family said, he will never be at peace now she is with him, she will be nagging him again. Bless em.
Mam and Dad had a very rough time before Dad died as the dementia mad him very frustrated and he lost his temper a lot, so Mam and my brother took the brunt of it. It was so hard as Dad had always looked after Mam and defended her in his way, but it all changed when he had dementia, when he would have a go at her all the time instead. Was very hard time for us all. So I hope they 'meet' as they were before that, when they were happy togetherHi 3Dogs :wave:nice to see you .You have had one hell of a time and been very busy one way or another and everything takes its toll.I do agree about the antidepressants making you sleep so much .I remember my niece saying I would be better on something herbal which is what Lala and I did after my Dh died and it was suprising what a difference they made without the side effects.Take care of yourself and sending you a Big Nannylala Hug :A
I have blamed my sleeping on everything, coming off Tramadol to see if that was causing it, so thought a reduction in the AD's would help. I would like to think I can get to the stage of coming off them and onto something more naturalMr 3Dogs 3-7-12
