Had too much Bavaria from last time! Just gave loads away to a 'thirsty chap'.

Milk and tomato vouchers both finish today as well.

If you mean the Paroli vouchers they finish 1st June?

Hiya guys - sorry not been around much lately but certainly lost my mojo for MSE and FB though I did get DTD lamb last week

Last Monday I went to see the doc as I had been having terrible palpitations and dizziness and he checked my heart, giving me the OK there. Said it would be panic attacks, which is what my doc said about 18 months ago. These have been so much worse though, so I thought it best to get them checked. He said to remember when it happens that it will stop, even though it feels like it won't as it is happening. Also said it will be all the added stress lately plus the stress from last year coming through now. I asked for a change in my antidepressants as I have felt for over a year now that they 'take too much away' and make me sleep so very much, so he halved my dosage from 300 mg to 150 mgs and I am trying that out at the moment, though he said it will take about 2 weeks to show a difference

My great friends Steve & Andy where up decorating my bedroom for me last week and I stayed at their friend's cottage with them while they were doing it to be away from the paint smell ...... oh, and also because they dismantled and threw out my old wooden frame bed on the first day so I didn't have anything to sleep on anyway, until they put together my new faux leather gas lift storage bed on Saturday :j I just have to get the new flooring ordered and put down and get new curtains and blind and that is another room all done :j :j

I came up North on Sunday to stay at my sister's house while they are on holiday in America, and we interred Mam's ashes in the family grave on Monday morning, so she is totally at rest now, and probably giving Dad earache by now ;)

I have been just checking in very occasionally to see if anything glitching, hence the free lamb, and trying to catch up, but am almost a week behind in reading and thanking posts

Fab squigs, thanks for this, and 10 ways too, as I just ordered one and can pick it up just up the road later today ..... and I am giving it to my Sister to use on her holiday :T :j:j:j

From this point onwards, I will try to keep up as well as catch up ................. I will try, I promise :o

Hi 3Dogs :wave:nice to see you .You have had one hell of a time and been very busy one way or another and everything takes its toll.I do agree about the antidepressants making you sleep so much .I remember my niece saying I would be better on something herbal which is what Lala and I did after my Dh died and it was suprising what a difference they made without the side effects.Take care of yourself and sending you a Big Nannylala Hug :A

Nice to see you posting again 3dogs. I missed you and the lads by a day so no free tea stop for me this time! :D

The doc upped my meds recently and I went to a most God awful place. So bad I very nearly didn't make it through and I don't jest when I say this either. :( It also made me horrendously tired too, sleeping 12 to 14 hours a day and was like a zombie even when awake. Thro in all the panicky stuff as you describe as well nd you get the idea!

However the dose has been halved and so far the results have been very positive so stick with the lower dose as it may well do the trick. I'm sleeping way less now and for he first time in 15 years or more am actually waking up something like refreshed!

I know what you mean about taking too much away too but this has eased for me too on the lower dose so fingers crossed it helps for you too.

I tried the alternative approach of 5htp and St Johns wort but nothing really helped to be honest. The only thing that did help give me energy was ginkgo biloba so maybe worth giving it a try. I used the drops from alfred vogel. Bioforce I think the brand is. They poop out after a while and you have to take breaks but it might just give you the leg up you need.

    :)

Just got back home and having a catchup over lunch.

Silvercar we must have been in the store at about the same time I picked up half a dozen of the handwashes whilst we were there as was running low on my last glitch ones.Got some nice Laura Ashley ones but like to use them when I get visitors ;)

MKS did not see any of the cast from EE but have one of the offsprings in it lives about 7 houses up from me so see this little fella on a regular basis :)

When I picked up my handwashes I was on the lookout for anyone else with lots in their trolley and didn't see anyone, so I doubt we saw each other without recognising.

BTW no handwashes left this morning.
