Dear God I can not even get a job that is 10 hours a week that does not start for 3 months. What hope is there if I can not even get a job that hardly anyone would want.:beer:0

When they get your CV they just read the personal information and bin it.
Try changing it so they don't know it's you as i'm pretty sure it reads like this.

I suggest you take a long read of the last one. In particular the original thread that caused Martin to post that one.
Then there's the one on Martins blog about the single father looking after a couple of kids worrying about buying food. Having to ask on MSE for a voucher for free Tescos delivery. A woman says she has one, asks for his address and ends up buying him a weeks worth of shopping.
You think you've got it bad?? There are a lot more people on here that actually WANT, LISTEN AND FOLLOW advice given to them. You're just a pig ignorant !!!!!!.This country is called Great Britain. It would be called Amazing Britain if it wasn't for people like you pulling the average down0 -
A PhD shows preparation:
- intellectual ability
- persistence and determination
- planning and executive abilities
- relevant knowledge
I think it's shameful that a University student as you are (allegedly), should even ask such a silly question.
I can point you to five people who thoroughly belie those terms, two of whom I work with. The atmosphere is currently filled with hypocrisy so thick that it could be sliced, wrapped, and sold in supermarkets for a decent price and labeled, 'Wholegrain Left-Wing, Middle-Class, Politically-Correct Organic Hypocrisy'.0 -

Poverty? Don't make me laugh. You don't know the meaning of the word. When have you ever had to struggle to put food on the table or had to face being homeless? You live the cushty life where your parents probably do everything for you. You should be greatful that they haven't got sick to death of you and put all your sh!te out on the lawn.
You've applied for one job. Whoop-de-freakin-do. How many people have got the first job they applied for? F all, i expect. What the Deuce?0 -

phil, you have got your whole life ahead of you. so stop whinging. as an employer, i for one would never dream of employing anyone with your attitude."It is not uncommon for slight acquaintances to get married, but a couple really have to know each other to get divorced." - Anonymous0
