I've got a court case opened against them!!

Have reported them to Trading Standards who are investigating.

Also to Internet Fraud.

They are still operational yet there email and phone numbers have been changed......

I am so much worried about my money now... I raised order last month for 2 x iPhone 4S and later cancelled the order. Wish I could have visited this page before I raise an order. I got the reply from them that refund sent on 8th July.

I still have not received any response from despite chasing them multiple emails.

Please can someone help...

Discountemporiumltd is a scam website. I ordered an iPad from them in April, was issued a tracking number from what has appeared to be a fake courier company (TWR Post). Eventually, 6 weeks after the original order, the tracking detail was updated to say it had been delivered and left with a neighbour. False neighbours signature, probably got the their name from the electoral register! They replied to all the emails I sent, until I mentioned I was going to claim a credit card refund. I eventually got a full refund from my credit card company, otherwise I would no doubt have been waiting like muppet. Their mail address is also fake, I asked a family member who lives near the address to check! They go to a lot of trouble to get your money until, I'm guessing, when people give up. Scammers all the way!

This so called company has been a right pain for the last 8 weeks.
I finally had no other option but to contact the payment gateway supplier... And they are promising me a refund (fingers crossed!)

Anyone else still having issues?
I recommend you go to the payment supplier and also contact
Action fraud about your purchase.
