I came across it on amazon as i thought i was clicking alternative items and not product adds from other sites, i certainly wouldnt buy anything from a site i did not know even if it is advertised on amazon.

I saw a handset or two I liked on their website that was cheaper than elsewhere... which got me thinking, if they can do it why can't other companies.

That made me walk away, not worth the risk!

Their terms and conditions are incompatible with the Distance Selling Regs.

"Will I receive a full refund?

24 hour cancellation period: Full refund.

Cancellation request made after 24 hours: Refund excluding shipping fees."

The shipping details sound very strange:"
"Where is my order shipped from & by what method will it arrive by?

Items are shipped from our EU depot by Sea Freight bulk container load. Once the item has arrived, then it'll be forwarded over to a courier who will deliver it to your door & a signature is required upon receipt."

"My tracking information states 'awaiting container inspection' what does this mean?

This means that the freight container carrying your order has arrived into the shores of your country & is being processed by local customs agency. Due to the size and the nature of goods arriving on the container, please allow at least 7 days for clearance to be granted."

Another item in the T&C is interesting

"Passage of Title

Title to products, and risk of loss of such products, passes to you upon delivery to the common carrier selected by us to deliver your order."

In order words if the courier loses (or steals) your item, this is your problem.:eek:

So how come they have still not sold enough items to reach the VAT threshold?

"Rather than follow what every other retailer does which is to add their own profit margin on everything that they sell, we trade on a commission based retail sales structure which means that we can offer our customers wholesale prices without taking a profit per sale." Huh?

So if it the item turns out to be fake, you have no rights if you have used the item.:eek:

We will offer a replacement subject to stock status or a full refund. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. This is not compatible with your statutory rights under Sale of Goods Act

They are offering the Samsung S4 at £439.99 which seems a very good price and probably too good to be true.

The shipping information and T&Cs are very different from each other. The former looks like a genuine uk company.

Hi, wonder if anyone can help. My sister ordered an ipad from this company over 3 weeks ago and still hasn't recived it. Delivery status has been varied on parcel tracking site (which also looks dodgy) and has said either still in container...or now "in uk delivery". Im really concerned that it will either never arrive or if it eventually does, turn out to be a fake. Ive found loads of stuff on web about the company and have some serious doubts but unfortunatley shes already ordered and paid.

If anyone has any helpful advice id really appreciate your response as this ipad was supposed to be a special birthday present for my 12 year old niece who is now pretty gutted

If you've read this thread or googled the company it's quite apparent it's a fairly dodgy site (and without being too personal, it's not the brightest choice ordering from them).

Contact your bank (your card issuer) and tell them you want to chargeback as it appears you have been scammed.
